While using screenshots might be the quickest way for the reporter to file a bug, it can be a tedious job for translators to open each screenshot and do the research of where strings come from.
As with any other bug, it would be useful to break down the report per app, rather than having a single huge bug report containing everything. It comes down to good bug reporting practice, whereby the more information added and research done by the reporter, the easier it will be for the developer (or translator) to fix it.
As the first step, would it be possible to get a list of untranslated strings per app in the bug description? E.g.
# Ubuntu System Settings
- "Untranslated message 1"
- "Untranslated message 2"
