No information of "type" parameter is the following API reference(reboot server).

  parameter
     type
  Style
      plain
  Type
      xsd:string
  Description
      The type of reboot.
      Valid value are:
          - SOFT. Signal the operating system to restart.
          - HARD. Restart the server. Equivalent to power cycling the server.
