staging iso by default takes fuel commits from latest stable 7.0.all build. In this case it fails because of the latest change in fuel-main: new staging mirror doesn' contain the package required for stable iso build.
I retriggered staging build with USE_STABLE_ MOS_FOR_ STAGING =false parameter
