"Released under the terms of" is tricky to localize

Bug Description
The string "Released under the terms of " can't easily be localized With the knowledge that it will be prepended to "GNU GPL v3" I was able to find an alternative to the natural translation I would have chosen but that's not a guarantee for all languages.
A better string would be "Released under the terms of the %1" (I think personally there should be a definite article here).
