" of " is not good for localization

Bug Description
The string " of " is used to form titles like "Exercise 3 of 12". It should actually be "Exercise %1 of %2" so that localization is not restricted. Also because any future use of the word "Exercise" will not necessarily localize the same as other words combined with the numbers.
