To provide durable communication mechanism between Neutron and MidoNet, 'Neutron Importer' is being developed in the midonet side to be able to sync the midonet backend to with the neutorn DB. This feature will not be made available for at least one or two more releases of midonet, so will mark as low priority.

    devstack plugin: Explicitly enable neutron importer

    The importer is necessary for MidonetClusterClient
    but a recent change [1] in devmido changed it disabled
    by default.
