Disable CentOS BVT for community ISOs

https://ci.fuel-infra.org/ shows ISO status as yellow, as one of BVTs is always failing. I assume it's bvt with centos deployment. Since we don't support centos for 7.0, let's disable it and make status green with one bvt test.

[fuel-ci] versioned bvt jobs

* Add separate publish_fuel_community_iso jobs for 7.0/8.0
* Add separate bvt jobs for 7.0/8.0
* Trigger only ubuntu bvt for 7.0
* Change centos bvt group to bvt_2 for 8.0

Moving to 8.0 since 7.0 is already released and couldn't be a target.
