st_segment_to_stream_time: assertion 'segment->format == format' failed

My Rhythmbox (3.1-1ubuntu3) is crashing very often. The last few times I opened it from command line instead of via menu and got this error:

GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_segment_to_stream_time: assertion 'segment->format == format' failed

Twice it happened when Rhythmbox was about to start playing a next MP3, but the third time I started the MP3 that it crashed on before and now it is playing.

Other crashes seem pretty random. Don't hav any info or log from those. Unless there is some log where Rhythmbox automatically writes crash reports?

I'm using Ubuntu 15.04, kernel 3.19.0-22-generic.
