This bug is rather invalid as we are on our way to move package building to perestroika. Besides, all the Fuel packages specs are to be moved to review. fuel-infra. org (split from source code) so they are under MOS team maintenance.
However, the bug is valid in a sense that openstack version is defined in the openstack.yaml in nailgun and it is installed as a separate package on the master node. This openstack version is used in fuel-library spec to put files in the directory named after openstack version. In turn we need this to be able to deal with several openstack versions at the same time. The root cause of the issue is that we install puppet modules on the master node and then during deployment we rsync them on the slave nodes. This bug should be abandoned in favor of EPIC "Install puppet modules using packages on slave nodes"
