look for poi-icon based on id and name

Bug Description
looking for an icon file based solely on the name of the POI isn't a brilliant idea because the names aren't unique - e.g I have more than one POI with a name of just 'camp', and I can't make these POIs use different icons. I'd suggest looking for an icon file based on the id and name, and if that fails just look for the name (for backwards compatibility).
