Nimble driver version is (N/A) in the volume.log

When restart the cinder volume service, the volume.log shows:

2015-07-21 16:03:33.957 18959 INFO cinder.volume.manager [req-06defabf-a4ef-4aeb-b7d8-41acb9764aee - - - - -] Starting volume driver NimbleISCSIDriver (N/A)

It seems that get_version is using self.VERSION for the version in the above statement. Nimble driver may need to add VERSION in its driver class for proper display.

    Set VERSION on the Nimble driver.

    The Nimble driver does not set the VERSION variable
    causing its version to be logged as N/A. This patch
    updates that variable so that the correct version
    number is reflected in the log.
