MOS 'security' and 'update' repositories are not available for Centos from Fuel admin node

Steps to reproduce:
   1. Setup Fuel admin node
   2. SSH to admin node and run 'yum update'

Result: HTTP error 404 while accessing to 'security' and 'update' repositories

Now they just need to be synced
