Bug Description
After upgrading from 12.04 LTS to 14.04 LTS grub failed to upgrade properly leaving me with a disabled system. This was noted to me at the end of the installation process. I had my trusty LiveUSB and used Boot-Repair to properly reinstall GRUB2 and I was back in action. On other systems that I've upgraded that run RAID1, I have repeated run into this problem.
