Freeze logout in Ubuntu 15.04

diodon indicator causes logout in Ubuntu 15.04 freeze for more one minute

This could be the same error then #1391330

But to completely verify what could cause it would be good to have a debug log.

You can do this by going to Startup applications and changing the Diodon command to the following:
bash -c "G_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all setsid /usr/bin/diodon &>/home/username/diodon_debug.log"

Replace username with your username. When you now logout and login Diodon will create a debug log diodon_debug.log.

During Logout when the process is hanging get a copy of diodon_debug.log and attach it here.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

This issue remains in Ubuntu 16.04 (Unity). Using Cinnamon desktop there is no hang on logout. But using Unity there is up to a 90 second delay to get back to the login screen when logging out.

This issue has been fixed upstream in the stable ppa ppa:diodon-team/stable
