Bug Description
Working on a touch screen computer (Acer Aspire R7) the top panel gets moved around on the screen quite frequently.
It happens when the touch panel is touched on the top edge (i.e. when trying to click the "Applications" button) and accidentally dragged a little bit.
Running eOS Freya with all updates.
