Install and configure in OpenStack InstaopenSUSE 13.2 indicates incorrect cron file name

This varies from OS to OS. It might be better not to mention the cron filename at all.

If it is true that this varies from OS to OS, why would that be? The filename comes from openstack not the OS so shouldn't the packagers all settle on a common openstack-keystone filename for consistency?

In Kilo and beyond, keystone uses memcached for token storage rather than the SQL database. Therefore, we can remove this step completely.

    Update cron file name in Install guide for kilo

    -In Kilo, keystone uses memcached for token storage rather
    than the SQL database. Therefore, removed the step completely.
