Bug Description
It should be possible to overwrite the values of MY_IP and MY_DEV variables used inside the tools/genenv script when calling the script. Only use default values for those variables if there are not already set.

Only use default values for MY_IP/MY_DEV in genenv if not set
This way it is possible to manually specify MY_IP/MY_DEV when running
the genenv script.
