Orchestration request parameters of stack_update API is incorrect

Orchestration request parameters of stack_update API(http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-orchestration-v1.html#stack_update) is incorrect

Following request parameters of stack_update API is optional, that needs to be documented.

 - environment
 - param_name-n
 - param_value-n
 - timeout_mins

    Fix Orchestration request parameters of stack_update API

    1) "environment", "timeout_mins" are changed to "Optional" from
       "Required".
    2) "param_name-n", "param_value-n" are deleted because these
       parameters are combined into 'parameters'.
