Bug Description
I've been running Gutsy since about Tribe 4 (alternate install is all that would work), and there are numerous problems on this machine now.
Something somewhere is broken in update manager, because my .dmrc file got mangled, Direct Rendering has broken, compiz crashes, XGL has numerous problems, and I am getting depressed.
I will do a fresh reinstall with the official Gutsy when it comes out, but for us testers, things should work more smoothly.

It breaks. it doesn't work all the time. This is normal.
This bug is useless. rejecting.
