osci-mirror-[srt,msk,kha] disk space cleanup

Hi Folks!

Regarding Zabbix warnings about disk space, please cleanup some unused files in path /var/www/mirror/fwm on osci-mirror-[srt,msk,kha] host.

Raising to High since it's possible service impact and could potentially cause test and package builds fail.

Setting to Medium since it's not urgent and requires additional tools from Build team.
30% should be enough for some time waiting for reaching 15%.

Cleanup on particular mirror is unacceptable since will cause inconsistency of them.
