After refreshing page with filtering and sorting, icons for feature remains selected

Bug Description
Fake-UI
1. Create any environment
2. Add 3 controllers, 2 computes and 1 compute+cinder
3. Apply some filters and sorting attributes. My result you can see on screen_1
4. Refresh page (Ctrl+F5). Result on screen_2
5. Click on "Sorting" icon (screen_3)
6. Click again "Sorting" icon. Icons remains selected (screen_4). The same case for "Filtering" icon (screen_4)
7. Also 'Sort by' and 'Filter by" switched places
