Need to add additional test for bvt run

For now both bvt tests runs with neutron net provider, so lets add additional tests for ubuntu with cinder on nova network:
deploy_multirole_compute_cinder
OPENSTACK_RELEASE='ubuntu'
NEUTRON_ENABLE=false
TEST_GROUP=bvt_3
when https://review.openstack.org/#/c/201484/ will be merged
Scenario:
  """Deploy cluster in HA mode with multi-role compute and cinder

        Scenario:
            1. Create cluster in Ha mode
            2. Add 1 node with controller role
            3. Add 2 node with compute and cinder roles
            4. Deploy the cluster
            5. Run network verification
            6. Run OSTF

Also need to add to this tests group bvt_3
