Window state changed when 2nd window or sidebar is opened (Windows Aero Snap)

Bug Description

1. Snap window to left or right side on Windows (Vista+) by dragging it to screen border or using Windows key + Left or Right
2. Make InkScape open a second window (File > Document Properties) or the sidebar (double-click Contour in the status bar)
3. The main window will be resized and repositioned instead of remaining snapped.

This does not occur if window is maximized.

Linking as duplicate to bug #590719 (reverting bug status too - just because it's already tracked in an earlier report doesn't make it 'Invalid' ;-) )
