[staging] Couldn't download centos packages from mirrors

Because of some reason mirrors in MSK were not available so we cannot build ISO for 5.1.2

If you look at the log you can find the following:

Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 30 seconds')
Trying other mirror.
Could not download/verify pkg gcc-c++-4.4.7-4.el6.x86_64: failure: Packages/gcc-c++-4.4.7-4.el6.x86_64.rpm from proprietary: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

Some gcc packages were not available for a while during centos ISO build.

Looks like it was some kind of IO lag on the mirror.
Please let me know if it will reproduce once again.

Status changed to Fix Released because issue not reproduced now. If this issue will be reproduced again we need to change status to Confirmed.
