No home folders present when installed

Bug Description

When i install the distro on my Acer E5-521 Laptop i find that there are no folders in the home directory, Downloads, Documents, etc... Are all missing and the bookmarks present in Nautilus point to directories that don't exist.

I'm having the same issue, though I'm running a virtualbox through my HP Envy TS15-j100 (base system Ubuntu 15.04). The files manager opens fine, but all the links to the different "home folders" are invalid. Here's some links to screenshots I took, if it helps:
