Bug Description

Inkscape 0.91+devel r (Jul 11 2015)
Ubuntu x64 14.04.2 LTS
Arrange dialog -> Rectangular grid -> arrange button has no effect.
Polar Coordinates work correct.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create any objects 3-5 or more.
2) Select and try arrange it.

Stable version inkscape 0.91 work correct.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.91+devel r14242 on OS X 10.7.5

Based on tests with archived builds:
- not reproduced with rev <= 14073,
- reproduced with rev >= 14076;
this regression seems most likely to be related to the changes of the SelContainer branch merged in rev 14074:
