[Docs] User Guide has instructions on non-HA mode in 6.1

In 6.1, only one deployment mode is available, that's HA.

In this very case, please, rewrite the following:
- https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-6.1/user-guide.html#create-a-new-openstack-environment = the whole line in the table should be removed with adding a note about Fuel 6.1 that NOW has HA mode only.
- https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-6.1/user-guide.html#name-environment-and-choose-distribution - old screenshot with the 'Deployment mode' option available in the Fuel UI Wizard
- https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-6.1/user-guide.html#high-availability-ha-or-non-ha-mode - old screenshot, old notes.
Should be removed at all.

Please, revise these issues.
