[Kilo] Different params for /usr/bin/openstack service create

ISO build from current master is unusable. /usr/bin/openstack params are different in Kilo Openstack release.

Kilo modules are incompatible with Juno, marking as invalid. It should work with the latest ISO.

Devops, in custom iso I have openstackclient version 0.4.1 and in #41 build, for example, 1.0.3.

Please provide link - which exactly custom iso you are talking about

I have asked Matthew to provide it, because I have deleted my env due to active testing and cannot remember what ISO# was. Also on the latest custom ISO openstackclient is 1.0.3.

fixed in newer custom isos. no worries here
