python-openstack-auth_1.1.9 package doesn't contain fix for "Fernet" tokens

python-openstack-auth_1.1.9 package doesn't contain a fix for "Fernet" tokens for MOS 7.0

It should be or updated (1.2.0 verion or higher contain the fix), or fix should be backported to 1.1.9 version.

Daniil, I had a conversation with Thomas Goirand and according to him Debian package already contains the fix for this issue, so probably it makes sense to check it.
