Bug Description
It would be nice to have in both the chat window as the chatroom window, a horizontal line to indicate which was the last message you have read. This line should be only added when the user receives a message to an inactive window. It also should be remove the next time such a line is added. Also, this line should not be stored in history.
Note that there is a BSD licensed plugin for Tkabber called "Attention line" that offers this feature.
