Bug Description

Elasticsearch 1.6.x and Logstash 1.5.x are both available containing numerous security fixes.

We should update our icehouse and juno trees to use these latest versions.

This only affects Juno and Icehouse as elasticsearch and logstash were moved out of os-ansible-deployment for Kilo and master.

Further investigation leads me to believe we don't want to update all of ELK stack to the latest versions, as they have a bunch of new architecture changes. We should see if updating to the versions installed in Kilo is enough.

Setting Juno series target to "Won't Fix" as there will be no more adjustments going into the Juno branch unless they are Critical bugs.
