[staging] Centos bvt job timed out

The test staging job for 5.1.2 has been aborted because of timeout:
http://jenkins-product.srt.mirantis.net:8080/job/5.1.2.test_staging_mirror/

The reason of this is centos bvt job that also timed out:
http://jenkins-product.srt.mirantis.net:8080/job/5.1.2.staging.centos.bvt_1/

So we need to adjust timeouts for this job to prevent such situation in future.
