unity-settings-daemon crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance_is_fundamentally_a()

The settings daemon just crashed (triggered by a ubuntu-device-flash for whatever reason). It seems to be related to the existence of a Wacom tablet connected to my machine.
