Bug Description
Simply dragging a tab outside of scratch window causes a force exit on both windows, actual scratch window and newly created scratch window. Everytime I try this, application dies. I also provided a video.

I wonder if we should fix this in granite since it is the second app where this is a problem.
It has something to do with the signal context and Gtk.Frameclock.
