[UI] User can not click on task and get info about it

Bug Description
When user navigates to "Mistral" > "Tasks" there are list of tasks with their statuses and some additional info. But if task is in "Error" status, than there is not way to investigate where problem is and what error has occurred. User has to go to mistral logs. This is not a user friendly behavior.
I guess that it is possible to add ability to click on "task id" and get information about it task
