Bug Description

HTTPNotFound is raised (instead of bad request) when creating a volume from an existing source replica with invalid replication status ('disabled').

Raise BadRequest for invalid replication status

    Raise HTTPBadRequest instead of HTTPNotFound while creating
    a volume from an existing source replica with invalid replication
    status 'disabled'.
