shutdown poweroff does not turn laptop off

After I have update to 15.04 from 14.04 I can not shutdown my laptop

In 14.04 I couldnt do this either... I had to intall laptop-mode-tools and that did the trick, but now It does not work anymore.

I have even edit GRUB with acpi=force etc and nothing help me

Hope some one helps me... thanks
