Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Danish translations of gnome-sudoku on Launchpad hasn't been updated since 2013.
The upstream translations has been done consistenly, see here: https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-sudoku/master/po/da
Could something be broken?

Please file a new bug for that then, as this bug has been closed. If possible include the oldest and newest versions you have confirmed to not have the translation
