ACX driver working badly

Bug Description
Hi there, the acx driver isn't working for me, with a USR5416 pci turbo wireless card. The modules loads and it quite "works", but the log files (/var/log/syslog) if full of these:

sounds quite bad. I've tried different firmware versions and the same happens.

the attachment may contain other stuff, since I've been trying other cards.
