This requires special permission from launchpad since the armhf buildd is much slower. Is there any particular reason we should provide this, since it is mostly just a testing ppa?

Particular reason is testing. I heard lxqt that will be used in 15.10 version, but now I saw that "we'll likely not see it released until 16.10" ( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Testing ).
Is there any roadmap to include lxqt to official Ubuntu package (not default Lubuntu DE)?

I am marking this as Fix Released as there is already armhf builds of all packages in the Ubuntu archive, including all of the LXQt packages.

Please do feel free to reopen this if you believe the issue is still present.

Thanks!
