Bug Description
It is currently possible to show which hosts are member of an aggregate with nova aggregate-details <aggregate> and openstack aggregate show <aggregate> but the other way around is not possible.
A nova hypervisor-show or openstack hypervisor show does not show which aggregates a host is member of.
This is an improvement that would help operators that use nova host aggregates.

Show which aggregate a hypervisor is member of
This adds support for showing which host aggregates
a hypervisor is member of, if any.
It supports hypervisors with or without nova cells.
