Bug Description

The cast in mongodb_add_shard_cluster contains a bad string. The function that is meant to be called is not called.

    MongoDB cluster taskmanager's add_shard not called

    Change the cast method to the correct string. The current string is bad, so
    the task of configuring the replica set and adding the shard to the
    cluster is not completed.
