Bug Description

There are two issues here:

1) I used to have 2nd factor enabled on my account to my canonical email, how ever as that is not active any more I am unable to login, as there are no 2nd factor devices for the account. And I can not remove them, I raised a support ticket for this using the webform for Ubuntu One. I am able to login via web. IMO, this is also partially a bug in the login part of the scope.

2) What happened was that I tried to install Terminal app via Store, but it asked me to login, it asked me to provide 2nd factor (which I dont have), so I cancelled. I returned to the store scope. But that was disabled and the only solution was to reboot the phone.

Description is of the dash being frozen. It probably crashed, and apport was creating a crash report and uploading it before the dash restarted.

affects: unity-scope-click (Ubuntu) → unity8 (Ubuntu)
