Confirmed from that excellent video. However, this report is missing most of the info necessary to reproduce the bug. In a terminal, please enter "apport-collect 1470644" (without quotes) which will attach the relevant info. Thanks.

Unfortunately, running "apport-collect 1470644" yields:
Package software-properties not installed and no hook available, ignoring
Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged.

With a popup saying "No additional information collected."

Indeed software-properties is not installed, but software-properties-gtk is. I've run "apport-collect -p software-properties-gtk 1470644" and that has uploaded some infos - hopefully that helps. Let me know if there's anything else I can do!
