Bug Description
OBS is affected.
[ 240s] make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/
[ 240s] dh_fixperms -Xnova_sudoers
[ 535s] dh_fixperms -Xnova_tgt.conf
[ 830s] rm -f /usr/src/
every dh_fixperms takes ~300sec.
Nova itself is ready after 300 sec. We are spending twice as much time to dh_fixperms
