Bug Description
As for now, when feedback is off in a given object, the user can not use the object any more: no move, no selection for construction.
It should be possible to interact with it, and only feedback (tool tip) should be off.

From usability, it may be just better the item marked as no feedback should not be used for selection in construction too.
