Bug Description

MAAS: 1.7.5+bzr3369-0ubuntu1~trusty1

When deploying Cisco M-series with cert custom image 14.04.1, the deployment failed:W:
Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/cisco-ucs-team/snic-stable/ubuntu/dists/custom_14041_amd64/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Installation failed with exception: Unexpected error while running command.
Command: ['sh', '-c', 'apt-get update --quiet']

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the maas-cert-server bzr branch
2. Copy preseed/curtin_userdata to MAAS server's /etc/maas/preseeds/curtin_userdata_custom.
3. Import 14.04.1 custom cert image to MAAS server
4. Update the drivers.yaml in MAAS' /etc/maas/ to include snic driver.
5. Select custom and the 14.04.1 cert image in the MAAS settings.
6. On the node page, click acquire and start node.

Expected results:
The node is installed successfully by MAAS

Actual results:
The node failed to be deployed. http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/11802158/

Workaround:
Change ["add-apt-repository", "-y", "deb {{driver['repository']}} {{node.get_distro_series()}} main"] in the curtin_userdata to ["add-apt-repository", "-y", "deb {{driver['repository']}} trusty main"].
