Bug Description

1. Launch a gnome-terminal from within gnome-shell.
2. Press Alt+r and enter to reload gnome-shell.
3. Notice the gnome-terminal is still running, but is now invisible and inaccessible. It shows up when accessing the launch menu, but disappears as soon as you return to the normal view. This doesn't seem to happen for any other programs or windows.
