Bug Description

This is similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+bug/144952 , but I believe possibly a different issue.

I'm having blurry icons on the Applications menu when I'm using Clearlooks with the Gnome icons. According to the bug report I linked, it sounded like this should be a non-blurry combination, but this isn't the case. Since this is one of the default appearances supplied with Ubuntu, it would be nice if it looked as good as it could.
