system-config-lvm hangs after selecting tree items

The program needs to be interrupted with <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>C</kbd>. Example output:

I can click almost every item in tree, but the 'Physical View'-label freezes the whole GUI and terminal shows:

Seems to be fixed in Ubuntu-16.04
with system-config-lvm: 1.1.18-2ubuntu1
